Their passion for viticulture led them to develop a unique range, consisting exclusively of 100% Chardonnay grand cru wines.
Their attraction to the infinite aromas and possibilities offered by working with the Chardonnay grape variety enlivens them every day, in their development of a range of blanc de blancs champagnes.
The vineyard is spread over four terroirs these are Cramant, Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger. The pressing from the terroirs is done separately, in order to bring out the typicalities of each terroir. Ageing in vats is also separated. These four terroirs’ aromas are so different that a wide range of tasting is possible, and the alchemy of blending can start in the spring.
