As the 13th generation of winegrowers in Nogent l'Abbesse, we took over the family vineyard in 2017.
We cultivate 5 hectares on the Mont de Berru, formerly known as the Montagne de Nogent. This Mont is an outcropping of chalk from the Montagne de Reims, and a prime terroir for Chardonnay.
Our approach to viticulture is global and agroecological. We pay particular attention to soil preservation and biodiversity. The majority of our vines, originating from massal selection, are over 35 years old and deeply rooted. We harvest each plot at optimum maturity and vinify it with precision in small vats or oak barrels. Only the juices from the cuvée (first press) are bottled.
As Récoltants-Manipulants we're passionate about promoting our Nogent l'Abbesse terroir. Our Blancs de blancs Champagnes have a fresh, delicate and silky style.
